Most of our airline service tickets, service packages, and fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be done over the phone. Refund requests are accepted only when the following terms are met. All requests are processed sequentially, so a specific time frame for the refund outcome cannot be declared.

The email notification of your request will be sent once you complete the process with our customer service agent. This notification provides acknowledgement of the request with a tracking number. We will coordinate with suppliers to generate a waiver and communicate their decision. Service fees associated with the original booking are not refundable.

We are solely dependent on suppliers for obtaining requested refunds. It can take additional time to appear on your credit card statement once approval is confirmed. Suppliers may charge penalties. The entire process can take up to 60–90 days. Refund fees are charged per ticket per person when airline rules permit the refund.

If a refund is not processed by the supplier, we will refund our processing fees charged to you. Previously charged service fees will not be refunded for the original travel reservation.
